can not program my ht750. when trying to read device error "ECEC000E : Read from device failed" when i use the tuner it reads the radio fine. any help would be appreciated!!!!!!!!!!

You could try programming the radio with a codeplug from a similar radio.

Or it may be possible that your radio isn't an HT750, but one of the asian PRO-xxx radios and that's why it won't read with your CPS.
