GP328 question

i know there are 2 types of GP328 portable radios.
the Latherus boards and the Warris boards
I have at the moment a latherus radio and the rx audio is low.
I have already change the AFC.IC and the Audio power amp IC, There is nothing wrong with the Volume control.
Anyone got any ideas
