Hello :
To start out with = OOOPS
But im thinking you were assuming that you could blank the M120 with maxtrac lab as read in other postings for the GM300.
I dont think your deep sixed on the recovery of it though.
You probably need to dig out the M120 program and reinitiate it with the M120 program.
If indeed the logic bd is blanked and has not corupted the program it should recognize the logic bd as blanked and allow you to reiniate one time and one time only if it was actualy blanked.
This will take a service monitor and wattage meter and a volt meter at the very least to do.
Plus the experience to know how to do it of course.
If your willing to trade out the front panel for a gm300 8ch then you could attempt to try reinitiating as a 8ch GM300 if the masked prom will allow it for memory ect.
All you have to loose by trying is failure since you can always blank and start over as a M120 2ch model.
If you feel its beyond your expertise you can PM me and we can setup a cheap deal to help recover the radio one way or another.
Out of couriosity what was the model number of the M120 ???
Thank you
Satelite
