04 Ford Explorer Squad re-work

Local unit I reworked the wiring on.
All FS products except for the talon on the dash
Smart Siren
Halogen/LED Vista
Cuda Trioptic LED on sides
GS-1 Strobes grill and rear window, with 4 outlet FS strobe box
Jotto-Desk CC-EXP console
Split red/blue single Whelen Talon on dash
Gamber-Johnson Notepad 4 tray and mount with HP laptop using a verizon EVDO broadband Rev A card
Astro Spectra 800
M1225 VHF to be replaced by P25 flashed PM1500's
This rig was properly wired and installed, but after the local agency "mechanics" added some crappy wiring for lighter socket and the IT geeks spliced into the old CF-28 toughbook docking station wiring when those were removed (I know, take out toughbooks and kodiak mobile docks for non-rugged HP laptops? UHG!) the wiring developed issues.
The entire front 12v bus went down one afternoon. Took a day to find the fuse someone hid and tapped into the b+ line powering the relay! IDIOTS!
The plate for the light is some rigged up junk and not a oem Jotto console part. It's due to be replaced as well. Again, thank you mechanics!
I rewired the entire console up front which included a Lind HP power adapter, fuse blocks, relays, charge guard battery run down unit. single split talon (red/blue) and a sound-off red LED dome light. I moved the FS Little lite to the side of the console to prevent officers banging their knees against it (was on the driver's side up front)
Siren speakers were upgraded from a single Dynamax to dual Whelen SA315P behind the grill for 200 watts
I'd like to see the agency add TIR3 around the rear hatch license plate and or HAW strobe or LED's in the corners and Stop, Tail, Turn lights.
