GM900 scanner programming

Good day,
Can the GM900 (vhf) M01KHK9AN3.. be programmed so as while scanning, the LCD to show last active channel and if PTT is pressed, the tranceiver to operate on last active channel too. This way functions the scanner of GM950 but i couldn't get it on GM900.
