Anyone have a good handle on the correct sequences and/or problems with the Waris toolkit? I have been given a bunch of Ht1250 full and limited keypad AAH25RDF/RDH radios and all have been messed with....I do NOT have clean codeplugs and cannot seem to get the toolkit to work correctly...they all have 5.00.xx firmware....have tried to flash firmware up (i have the adapter) but get errors there too....if anyone has suggestions, I appreciate any help. I may also be looking for a valid codeplug for AAH25RDF9AA5 and AAH25RDH9AA6 radios....US spec.

start at the beginning, what happens when you try to read the radios with the factory un-altered cps?

1 - Write the lab codeplug

2 - Flash the firmware

Simple as that. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
