Where is the setting on the CDM 1250 programming that sets the radio to go to a set channel on power up ?

The CDM CPS and the CDM firmware don't have the ability to specify a designated powerup channel like the CM series mobiles and their associated CPS do.
You can designate home revert channels that can be assigned to the control head buttons, however.
