Code Plug Needed

Looking for a code plug MT2000 UHF Model H01RDH9AA7AN... Radio indicates Fail 01/82 error code.. I believe the existing one is corrupt
and would like to see if I can get it to take a new one.... Any additional help would be most appreciative...
