XTL5000 05 Head Pin Outs

Does anyone have the Pin Outs for the round mic connect or the 26 pin accessory on the back of the
of the new 05 control head? I searched the site and several others asking this question but I didn't find the answer.

The 26 pin accessory connector on the back of the control head is not the same pin out as what is on the
radio. It is missing the PTT line as one of the differences. If your looking to use an external device and
need to key the transmitter, you will have to go to the radio itself.
Not sure if you can obtain the mic connector yet. It is a rather odd ball one that only Motorola uses.
If your still in need of the O5 control head 26 pin acc connector pin outs, let me know and I will try to
pull it from the manual info I have.

I have hooked several David Clark systems to O5 heads and had PTT capabilities on the back of the control head. Pin 16 is AUX PTT. I don't have all the pin-outs in front of me but I will search for them.

Thanks for the info. I have been told today that 1 & 14 are ground and Mic is #23. PTT is suppose to be pin 16? Confirmation
and any other pins out would be helpfull. I am able to buy the connector and pins from Moto. Mike

i just had to wire a Tone Encoder too the back of an 05 control head and here is the pinout that Motorola gave me when i called them.
Pin
1- Ground
2- No Connect
3- No Connect
4- No Connect
5- No Connect
6- USB -
7- USB +
8- No Connect
9- No Connect
10- No Connect
11- No Connect
12- USB PWR
13- Chan Activity (APCO=[A(P)])
14- Ground
15- Emergency
16- Aux PTT (APCO= [PTT])
17- 1- Wire
18- VIP Out 1
19- VIP Out 2
20- No Connection
21- RX Audio (APCO=[A(Rx)])
22- External Hub/Monitor
23- Aux Mic (APCO=[A(Tx)])
24- SWB+
25- No Connect
26- No Connect
Be advised there is an Additional Hole on some Rear Control Head Jacks above Pin 13 that you Disregard when wiring Accessories, do not count as a Pin When Wiring.
