what color and where is a ignition sense or dim wire on a 06 gmc sierra?

What's wrong with using a voltmeter to probe the mini AT fuses in the passenger compartment fuse block? You should easily be able to find the line side of a fuse that does what you want, slip a fuse tap on the leg of the fuse or use an adapter to get your ignition sense line.

I put mine in my 06 chevy where you plug your trailer braking in . I also use the trailer brakes.

yea i probed the extra plugs down were my brake controller is at. i found one the dimmed with the other lights and guages. thanks
