Minitor V 2 ch

Ok I know this have been asked before and I did look around on some old post and their is not a firm answer on this so forgive me I am going to ask...
Is their a way to program a Minitor V 1ch into a 2ch ( like the MIV) I guess their is a way to get into the engineer mode, but I dont know how to do it.
Let me know.... and if I am beating a dead horse sorry...
