Looking for Ham P25 Authors
Posted: Tue Feb 12, 2008 6:42 am
Hello . . .
I'm looking for knowledgeable radio amateurs who are active in the P25 community to write articles for QST magazine and other venues. Specifically, I am looking for material that would explain amateur P25 to those not yet involved. What is it? What are the advantages (especially compared to D-STAR)? How does one get started? Where does one find equipment and instructions on how to convert it to ham use? How do you operate?
In other words, the "basics." I'd be interested in more advanced topics as well.
Please contact me directly at [email protected].
Thanks and 73 . . .
