Minitor V pager Accessory Options

I have been asked by my Asst Chief to try and find Information on how to build a relay system to plug into the accessory outlet on the new amplified chargers that turns on the lights in the firehouse as well as sets off a alarm such as a bell. I know its possible and there are similar items for sale on ebay, but we need it to be cost effective. If anyone can help me fins a wiring schematic with a detailed parts list, please let me know.
