I have 4 HT-750, that have been programed for 4 channels. I also have the R06.01.00 version software and programing cable. I want to be able to program all 16 channels to these radios??

Are they actual 16 channel radios? If the channel indicator on the top of the radio only shows 4 channels, the software won't allow any more than 4 channels. If it shows 16 channels, then you shouldbe able to add them in the software. Are you able to read the radios & are just wondering what to do next?
