Spectra Programming Question

Hello All!
I have recently picked up a 800 mhz Spectra, Mod # D45KGA5JB7AK. Looks like it is a privacy plus model. It currently has an unknown trunking system in it. I want to program this radio for conventional use only. What do I need to do to remove the trunking system? Once that is done will it open up some og the other options such as zone operation and priority scanning? When I view the options it says that zone operation is disabled. I cannot select priority scan either. With this being a privacy plus radio, will I be able to use as conventional only?
