The A/B/C switch on the top of my XTS 3000 Model I is stuck only switching from A to C. It skips B. I was wondering if it can be fixed/replaced? Any ideas? Thanks

cheaper and easier to replace the housing. there is a dude on Ebay (Panter 88) that sells very clean OEM model I housings in both black and yellow for around 50 bucks and I've bought several and they always come in mint shape. Just make sure you get the correct one as the connector style changed, if your radio is an "AN" revision (older) than you need the old style connector. It's easy to change the housing out and requires no soldering or removing any screws.

I have several old flex's with the switchs intact, I save them for this kind of occasion, PM if you want your radio fixed, or just the part.

After re-programming this radio I am able to get scanning to work but I can only effectively use 1 zone of channels until I replace the switch to go to all 3 positions.

Had a simila problem with an XTS5000 and it was a simple fix. Just a quick dissassembly of the top knobs restored it back to working order.
