ASTRO/ASTRO 25 SmartZone RSSI

Has anyone equated RSSI values to actual dBm values? I know the MTS/MCS2000, ASTRO Spectra and XTS/XTL5000 each have a different scale of readings.
On an XTS5000 portable when on the actual tower, feet from the antenna as well as at the site the RSSI will max out at 148. Maybe thats a signal level close to (-20 to -3dBm?). It will start bonking "Out of Range" around 29-34 maybe (-90 to -110?). A somewhat scratchy signal could be anywhere from 40-66 (possibly -59 to -80dBm?)
On an ASTRO Spectra a very good signal can be 85-90. When broken it can be around 60 but I have seen it sound decent around 30 with some white noise.
