Audio mod for the TMN6169A mic

Hi all, Does anyone have the audio mod for this mic to improve the audio? I have done the others with sucess but this mic has a different circuit. It has the lighted key pad and redile memory. any help appreciated. thank you. Davie n 3 c h u at atlanticbb dot net
