Cant Reprogram my GP340 Any Help Pls Anyone

im trying to reprogram my GP340 with out any luck, im using R030803.RUS and codeplug 6,
but when i try to program it i get a error "This application has
requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way" and stops im
using a ribless cable and windows Xp,
also my radio as a password stored in it and i cant
remember it, iv got Hex Workshop but i dont know the line to change
