Got my Impres batteries today, but still waiting for my charger to arrive. My question is, will I mess up the Impres intelligence of the battery or the concept of it if I charge these in a standard non impres charger until my other charger arrives?

Unless things have changed, the first charge MUST be in an impres charger, or you kill the impres functionality permanently. Once properly initialized, you can then charge them in a non-impres charger... when you go back to impres, it will recalculate everything and make the battery smart again.

I thought I remembered reading that somewhere, but couldn't find it. Guess I'll hold off.
