I managed to get 2 Motorola VMN1019A mics in a box of trade items. Both appear new with tags, they seem to have a micor style plug on them. Any idea what radio they are for and what the color code on them might be? I'd like to wire one into my paging encoder for my spectra base station if I can. Just looking to see what wires need to go where on these if I cut the cords off. Thanks!!!

This sounds like something for a MCX-1000, but it is not one of the standard ones.
Can't confirm from searching some of my old literature, but -1016, -1018, and -1017 are all for this radio.

The mic cables have tinsel wire in them and it is very difficult to solder to if not impossible.
