Don't have much information, a friend who manages an EMS system just programmed a QC II tone in a new Motorola dispatch console. (Don't know any model information.) He had several tone groups to select from, one that he selected is named "1106".

Does anyone know what the frequencies of this tone group is?

If what you have is Centracom hex code, the tones are 330.5 and 457.9.
