How do I Upgrade a DVP CODE INSERTER MODEL T3010BX to CX?

Hi everyone!
I have a DVP code inserter model T3010BX which I need to upgrade to a CX.
I want to load a new DVP key into an MTS2000 Jedi radio.
How do I upgrade the code inserter?

Purchase the firmware ROM (and I believe a EEPROM as well) from Motorola. Unfortunately, they are no longer available from Moto direct, so you should look for one in the for sale forum. I believe Batdude had one not long ago.

ok thanks for that.
I will take a look there to try and locate these rom and eeprom chips.
