WTD: info on cross connecting fascinator KVL cables

Hi All,
im looking for info on how the KVL cables that are showing up by the pound (literally) that use the fascinator box can be used without the box? Does anyone know how to do this? Id greatly appreciate any info you have. I have the KVL - DIN plug cable and DIN plug - various radios available i just dont wanna blow anything up
