ASTRO Mobile Dual Radio/Single HHCH:

I’m interested in how this works, how to build, and price for parts. Does anyone have this set-up? I’ve searched posts and cannot find a definitive answer. I need a VHF/UHF set-up. Thanks in advance for any information.
