Astro Spectra unknown FL 31/82 error,

Hi everyone,

While trying to revive an Astro Spectra Dash Mount, I'm facing the following issue.
Radio boots up, goes into SELF-TEST then immediately displays FL 31/82. From there, radio will reboot and display the ever famous FL 01/90.
Vocom Board is a HLN6458F having 1Mb Flash on it.
What do you think about such ? Would it be related to flash content like an uplift that did not complete ?
