I can’t seem to find the appropriate document for verification. Can someone tell me if the connections on the back of Motorola XPR-8300 are BNC or N-type?
Thanks,
Jason

Both...N-female for TX, BNC female for RX...don't ask me why.

Glad I asked because I thought they were both N.
Thanks for the quick reply,

I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that a lot of receive multicouplers I've seen have BNC connectors on them.
I don't know if that's correct or not, but maybe they decided to standardize it so that you could use simple patch cables as opposed to always having to use an adapter or make a pigtail to convert.
Just a shot in the dark.
