PR400 HT1250 MDC

Hello,
I have the MDC set up on our HT1250's and its working fine. Each radio I am issuing is given a number 02XX. Every radio that is a 'loaner' is given 0200. All are on group 200.
Everything on the 1250's works fine. If you want to call alert 0213, it works. If you want to call alert group 200, Its working as Fleet: 2 Group:00.
The problem is with the new PR400's. They can alert the 1250's just fine, but the 1250's cannot alert the PR400's. They have the same group as the 1250's but just dont alert. Any suggestions? Also, for the 400's to group alert, do I need to set up a call for 2FF?
