I have a Centracom II not a "gold" or "plus". When I purchased it (used) the only paging feature on the console was QCII. Is there a way to add DTMF to this console or is that only a feature of the "gold" and "plus" consoles? The console and CEB came with five floppy disk's but It wont let me view them. I believe it asked for a code and I have no clue what it is talking about. Help please!!!!!!!!!

CCII will support DTMF paging, but there's no "live dial", meaning you can't key a resource and just dial DTMF out on it. It has to be sent as a DTMF page.
If you're using original CCII with OMI boards, you'll need to find the UV EPROM reprogramming equipment and reprovision the OMI's for DTMF paging.
If you have CCII+ with TOMI boards, life is a bit easier, especially if you have EEPROM's on the TOMI's.
But yes, CCII/II+ supports the following formats (at least, maybe more, this is just what I remember off the top of my head):
Quick-Call I (2+2), Quick-Call II (1+1), DTMF, 5/6 Tone, SeCode/Digital Dial (2 formats), Single Tone.
