MX Series Converta-Com Key

Could someone tell me what key fits this, or where I could obtain one.

The key is a MOT-1, and should be available from Motorola. (800) 422-4210.

The key is the same cuts as a 2135, on a different blank, with the center groove on the other side.
My first 2135 was cut from a MOT1 ..
