FAIL 999 means the MLM is not correct or has corrupt data in it. Busy line locked is probably a result of the corrupt/bad data.
"What can i do to fix this with out having to buy new parts?" I can recover most of them here without having to replace boards.
" spectra lab RSS" STOP now before you BRICK it....
Leaked capacitor damage to circuits can have similar effects.

I got the busy line bus fixed. I had a choped wire on my cable somehow. Also got the fail 999 to go away. I read the codeplug and now iv got a FL 01/82. When i try to reprogram it it says "Error Number 15 Has Occured"
Software versons do not match.
How do i fix this one? I used R05.03.00 to read it.
When i tried to use my CPS R01.02.00 it always gives me a Communication with the radio has failed when i try to use that. How do i fix this one now?
