will a XTS5K scan more then 16 ch ? if so i need a lil help on how to do it ? this is my 1st 5k...please hellp a brother out

For such a high-tier radio it looks like it would, but wont. I have a 5000 as well. You can scan 32 channels on an OLD maxtrac, but cant with a 5000. Silly.
