Some informations :

M01FHN9PW5AN ( 66- 88 MHz )

623SCS0838

Classic RIB RLN4008

Is it possible that the RIB's volatges were tow low ? Is it possible to turn On the radio with the accessory port ?

What programming cable did you use? Some aftermarket cables will kill a circuit in the control head and make the radio inoperable, this has been documented here in the past.

A cable for MCS2000, bought on Ebay with the RIB ... i trusted this cable ...

There isn't way to reset the radio manually ( by the accesory port for example ) ?

It's probably the cable that caused the problem. There's supposed to be another component (I can't for the life of me remember if it's a capacitor or what) in the MCS2000 cable that keeps it from blowing up the head. I don't have specific's but if you search the forums here you should find all the details that you need.

You can fix the control head - but it requires some surface mount work.

Not every cable that looks the same is the same inside!

i know what problem you're explaining with the wrong cable and it blows a resistor on the head but the head still displays. when i ran into that before it still let me program and read the radio from the bottom 25 pin but not the head. but the whole time the display still worked.

What evidence did you have to lead you to believe the cable was trustworthy? The vast majority of the cables on eBay are cheap pieces of crap, and you take your radio's life in your hands when you use them.

MCS2000 need MCS2000 RSS to program it!
Only the MCS2000 with MC2100 firmware can be programmed with Wookie Mobius but it is not a good choice.
Wookie Mobius is very old and have a lot of bugs (one of it is:You cannot tune the frontend on mobile 2100 series radios).Sometimes you shoot the radio after programming with it!
Always use the 2100 series DOS RSS on such radios.
To reanimate the radio, get the 2100 series lab upgradetool and program a matching codeplug (in labmode). After this flash the firmware.
