gp328 programing out of band and extra chs

Can anyone help me out with a how to adjust the RX bands on a GP328. Currently 450-512 I would like to move this down the freq range.
I would also like to change the radio from a 4 ch to a 16 ch,
I've read it can be done but cannot find much info on how ?
