Relays via ethernet

Hello all,

I am looking to see if you guys use or know of a product that can connect to ethernet either a intranet or internet that allows the control of relays on one end and goes through the net and then allows the use of switches on the other end.

For example, ip microwave linked fire stations: at the remote station the need to open and close two bay doors and activate a siren. On the other end the need to connect this to a legacy console or switches at headquarters and connect this throug the ip system.

Thanks, Rob

Rob,

Contact me at [email protected]. I have several of these units (prototype) in operation and they seem quite reliable.

They are kind of expensive, but on occasion where multiple channels are needed I have use these products from Aurora.

I use them. Great success, and simple.

Thankyou all for the replys.

TPG I think the link you posted will work great for what we need to do, and it isn't that expensive.

P.S. I found a link to a similar product, but they are very expensive. Looks like they are built well with lots of options.

Thanks, Rob
