Power Splitter Question

I am looking for a cheap and inexpensive way to utilize 2 Lowband (46 Mhz) radios (both CDM/Maxtrac) used as a base station to share 1 outside mounted antenna. Would one of the small "Power divider" modules work for this concept or other. Thanks

There is *no* cheap and inexpensive way to feed one antenna from two transceivers in the same band simultaneously. The least expensive way is probably to erect a second antenna, spacing it far enough away to prevent overload on the opposite receiver when transmitting on the first transceiver. Another way is to purchase multicoupler equipment assuming that both transceivers don't share the same frequencies - $1000+.
If you wanted to receive only on both CDMs simultaneously(no transmit), the situation becomes different - then you'd only need a small preamp or line amp and a power splitter to feed the receivers on both CDMs. Was this your aplication when you asked for 'cheap and inexpensive'?
