XTS 3000 LCD Display Problem

Installed a DES-OFB board into a XTS 3000 today. After I re-assembled the radio the display was not functioning. I rechecked the LCD and flex. It looks fine. I have done this before with no problems. The LCD flashes upon power up but then does not display anything. The backlight works. Any suggestions?? Thanks!!

Just got it working. The flex was not seated properly.
