Glass antennas & antenna combiners

New vehicle time! Time to install scanners (I'm a news photographer.) Except this boss doesn't want me to drill holes in the roof. He is totally adamant against it, says leasing company is not happy and says glass antennas are just fine.
Any material on the 'net or something I can use to to prove my point, somehow, and not just "cuz I know it's gooder."
If I DO get to convince him to let me drill a "few" holes, I'd need three: VHF, UHF, 800.... Are there any antenna combiners (receive only) that you gurus would recommend? I'm thinking of running a 1/4 VHF, UHF transit-style and an 800 puck in-line in the middle of the roof?
Running:
1x 800 MCS2000
1x 800 Spectra
1x VHF Astro Spectra
1x Uniden 996
Also need a fourth GPS/cellular combo that's well, separate from all this radio stuff.
Any help would be appreciated.
