Quick question -
I need to buy a couple of accessory adapters for mid power radios and was trying to figure out if Motorola sold a kit that had a bunch of pig tails with pins on them much like they sold for the Maxtrac's.
Apparently that isn't the case - but they sell the boot along with a bunch of pins. So the next logical question - does anyone have a part number for the proper crimping tool or what "works" and doesn't have the $300 Motorola markup on it?

Re: XTL Accessory Connector Pins
While it may not be the official Motorola way, I use a pair of crimpers for Amp connectors that go that small and then solder them for good measure. So far I can say I have done about 60 pins with zero failures. Depending on the size of the wire you use the pin may not get tight on the wire so I would not suggest skipping the solder step.
