Group Call receive tone

When you make an All Call or a Private Call on the TRBOs the receiving units have an alert tone before the audio comes through. When you make a group call there is no tone, just audio coming out of the speaker. Is there a way in the CPS to enable this tone?

The only tone available on a group call is the channel free indication tone which is in the general settings tab under tones.

When checked it gives you the same tone at the end of a received transmission as when you are in a private call.

They actually do have Group Call receive tones that beep prior to transmission. Right in the CPS.

I'm looking in the CPS and not seeing it. Where would I find that?

Contacts->Digital->Call

right under where you put the call ID there is a check box...if you have NOT updated the Firmware and CPS you will NOT see this option.
