Astro Spectra on 440 ham

All, Is there anybody on here who can/ will convert my "R" Astro Spectra to do 443-482? I have seen topics on here but I don't have the stuff to do it with [my eyes are not what they used to be] I don't even need it to go to 482, 470 would be fine.
