Batboard

I am currently trying to set up paging on an xst5000. I have it working with all paging tones but one. This tone does not use standard quick call timing which I believe to be the problem. This non standard tone does decode fine on ht750's and ht1000's however I cant seem to get a decode on the xts. I am using 12.00.1 firmware. Like I said all other tones are decoding fine. Is there some setting that I am missing to make the radio decode non standard tones?
