MTVA Wiring connections

HI,
I have an MTVA NTN-1340C with Control cable and 1322B box. I need to set this rig up as a test unit in the shop. My question is on the power cable that goes from the MTVA to a power source. The power cable I have has a Molex end from the MTVA. The other side had a molex as well. However, I don't have that power supply unit that serviced that connector. I wanted to just cut that molex end off and feed power from my Astron. The power cable has four leads; Braided ground, Black Wire, Red Wire and a Blue Wire. The molex also had a red wire Jumpering two molex pins. Without a schematic, I am not sure of the input voltage and what the wire assignments are. So, anyone worked on one of these? I would assume 13 volts. As it is , I can power up the unit and it keys, but only 5 watts, so obviously the Control/Amp unit is not stepping up the power. I really don't want to mess with the blue wire until I know a little more. Any help is appreciated.
