Error creating records?

Hey everyone, I'm trying to compare Rx/Tx settings in conventional personalities in an HT750 and some HT1250s. I was able to read the info from the 750 just fine, but when I try to read from the 1250s (tried three, same result with all of them) I get two error messages that I think mean there's a problem writing the info just read to a database on my computer.

I'm using CPS R06.04.00 (region AA); the computer is a Pentium III 1Ghz laptop.

These are what I get - first, "Failed to add 207 records in rdkRecSet_####," and it gives me a different four-digit number each time (which is, I think, the database identifier?); then when I click Ok for that (which is the only option), it gives me "Problem in CreateProperNumberOfRecsAtUnpack for block MDC Call."

Any ideas? Am I interpreting those correctly, meaning that it was able to read from the device, but then not able to create the database on my computer? Thanks in advance!

your cps is very ancient, update that and your errors should go away. the radios probablly have newere firmware that the cps don't understand

Ok, thanks. Will any version newer than 06.04.00 work with the HT1250 (firmware issues aside), or do I need a specific one?
