Error creating records?

Hey everyone, I'm trying to compare Rx/Tx settings in conventional personalities in an HT750 and some HT1250s. I was able to read the info from the 750 just fine, but when I try to read from the 1250s (tried three, same result with all of them) I get two error messages that I think mean there's a problem writing the info just read to a database on my computer.
I'm using CPS R06.04.00 (region AA); the computer is a Pentium III 1Ghz laptop.
These are what I get - first, "Failed to add 207 records in rdkRecSet_####," and it gives me a different four-digit number each time (which is, I think, the database identifier?); then when I click Ok for that (which is the only option), it gives me "Problem in CreateProperNumberOfRecsAtUnpack for block MDC Call."
Any ideas? Am I interpreting those correctly, meaning that it was able to read from the device, but then not able to create the database on my computer? Thanks in advance!
