FL 01/90 xtl 5000 motorola

I have two 1 year old xtls one remote mount dual head w9 heads and the other dash mount both low power and 800MHz they never pass post test and come up with error FL 01/90.
Safe to say that the radio will have to be sent to depot.
There was a FSB recently sent out that radios with FIrmware 11.00.00 have serious issues and will display 01/90 out of the blue.
