Quantar PA replacement - Need help

Hey guys, I have two Quantars (VHF R2), one is a 25W model, the other is a 125W model. My goal is to increase power on the 25W model and make it a 125W model. I removed a PA from a working 125W quantar and installed it into the 25W model and tried to change power in the RSS, but after it cycles through self test it goes right to PA FAIL. Can anyone advise what I am missing???? We thought maybe the exciter from the high power unit needs to be swapped also, so maybe we will try that tomorrow.

Thanks in advance.

You need to have the high power P/S.
