Batboard

I'm trying to program a UHF Visar like I have done dozens of times before, i've loaded the personalities correctly and doubled checked the freq's and PL tones - the radio receives fine but will NOT transmit the correct PL on any of the channels, it is transmitting the correct freq. CSQ . . . . . . i've never seen this happen before, although it is a Visar "Plus" with a keypad that I've never had any experience with before.

Any ideas ?
