I am looking for help getting some remote units set up. We have a VHF GM300 for a base but need to have radio access in 2 different rooms. I have 2 MC1000's and 2 C100's so I can use either. I don't know if I need a special unit to split the new units from the GM300 or if I can simply splice the wires together. We do have a Cm300 and a M1225 we could throw into the base if that makes a difference. We only need to recieve and transmit on 1 channel, however it would be nice to have access to one additional channel. So we need one, but would like two, but its not a must have. I have no operators manuals. Any and all help will greatly be appreciated.
Thank you kindly

I'm not sure of your question, but if it is whether you can parallel two (or more) TRC remotes to a single station, the answer is yes, provided that all but one of the remotes are set for Hi-Z. You will have to level set both remotes so that they sound the same to subscribers.

Do I need a joint box of some kind to connect the 2 MC1000's together? If so, what are they called and do you have any idea where a guy can pick one up? If not, how do I connect them safely. Thank you kindly for the reply.

RKG: I do not see where CB71 said that they were TRC's.

They may be local or DC or tone remotes.

CB71. What model of remotes do you have? If they are tone or DC, what model oa remote adapter do you have?

The C100 Desktop Command Series has a model # of EN1001A on it. The MC1000 doesn't specify a model #. I know nothing about these units. We picked them up years ago at an auction with the hopes of someday using them. Now our farm has expanded and we need communication in different areas that cannot have a two way radio. These are for private use, not for fire or any other public use. Hope this helps somehow.
