Batboard

I have a Astro Saber AVA, and for the love of god, mY saber will not go in. I know that it only take AStro sabers for the notch, but I am very disapointed. I do notice it seams that the battery is a little too long, but it seams wierd that Motorola would sell a batery that would not fit the AVA. Do I have to open the AVA to change something for the battery to fit?

Any ideas?

To use an Astro Saber in an AVA you need to use the 1100mAh short battery; Motorola part #NTN4593 or equivalent (I use Multiplier M4593s.)
