The specker and the keypad do not work properly!
Can someone help me to solve the problems?
Thank you very much!

Sounds like someone didn't seat the flex lines that run between the radio's main board and the speaker and keypad.
Opening the radio again is necessary, make sure the ribbon cables are in the connector properly

All the connections between flex lines are ok, as I have try to push the buttoms on the board and when I close the housing, then the keypad does not work.
And specker audio have problem too.
What have I done wrong in the recast?
thank you!

If all flex connections are seated properly, then there is probably an issue with the ribbon cable/flex lines.
If care isn't taken, and this is more of a problem with older radios, they are easily torn and connections broken. I haven't had any issues with the Waris line of radios so far, this was a problem with Astro Sabers and HT600s since they are years older.
